Pro-Tech Exterior Products is a division of Irwin Industries (1988) Ltd., and was formed in Victoria, B.C. in January, 2001.

Pro-Tech was formed in order to retail and wholesale gutter, soffit, siding and specialty building products which Irwin Industries had been installing throughout Victoria and Vancouver Island for the past twenty years. Pro-Tech also manufactures many of these products in Victoria BC. Canada.
